Interim Management

In the event of staffing shortages or temporary vacancies, I assume tasks in the areas of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management on short notice and with flexibility.

 

  • Support or complete assumption of all activities in the area of Regulatory Affairs
  • Processing of outstanding items and backlogs
    Undertaking individual projects (e.g., Variations, Dossier Updates)
  • Training, coaching, and professional guidance of employees (e.g., assistants, Regulatory Affairs managers, qualified persons)
  • Consulting on the creation or revision of SOPs
  • Support in the area of pharmacovigilance
